Catching is not just as simple as sitting back there and giving the pitcher a target. As a catcher you need to learn how so many different things so you can be successful and help your team. Here are some basics that will help you and what we will teach.

The basics are so important in being a good hitter. The start is how to hold the bat and how to stand at the plate and confidence is a must.
