Recreational Baseball Age Cut-Off Date Change!

The age determination date for Recreational/Classic Baseball has changed to May 1!

Effective Fall 2019, the age determination date has changed to May 1st.  This is a change from the previous August 31st age determination date.  This change will NOT negatively affect any of our existing teams.

This change will allow players with a summer birth date to play on a baseball team with their classmates.  This change will also allow all players to continue with the MUS classic program through their 8th grade year.  As a bonus the new age determination date is now aligned with USSSA and will allow a smooth transition from Classic to Competitive Baseball for our players who choose that path.

The age a player will be on May 1, 2020 is the Level of Play they will register for the upcoming season.  All players will still be allowed to play one level of play "up".
