If your team plays at Millard North or on the Yard's turf fields, there are absolutely NO sunflower seeds and NO gum ALLOWED. If caught with seeds or gum, your team will forfeit!
If your team is scheduled to play at Millard North, Towl Park, Bowling Green or J.J. Isaacson there are no concession stands at these fields, so please plan accordingly. Tell your parents as well!
All innings pitched on Friday will count towards Saturday innings. The USSSA Rule book is attached for your reference regarding other pitching rules.
You will be reporting your score and pitching information to your umpires after every game, once you sign the score/pitching card I will NOT be able to go back and adjust any pitching errors, so please double check them before signing!
All pre-ordered merchandise will be handed out at your team's first scheduled game.
Monday, May 30 will be used for games if weather is a factor Friday through Sunday.
All communication going forward about the status of this tournament will be sent through our 'Rainoutline' system. Please text the appropriate code to the given number to get signed up for all weather related tournament notifications. I will not be sending any weather updates via email, this is the ONLY way to get the updates. Feel free to share these codes with players and team parents.
