Other Information:
- Each award will be $500. Can only apply during Senior Year of High School. Eligible for one award.
- All applications must be received by the Millard United office by March 1st, 2024.
- Up to ten (10) Scholarships will be awarded to qualified and selected winners. Baseball (4); Softball (3 - which includes Nicki Glatter); Flag/Tackle Football and Cheer (3). MUS reserves the right to award fewer or move the number of scholarships within programs dependent on qualified candidate submissions.
- A printed version of the application can be obtained at Millard United Sports office at 13308 Millard Avenue.
- Each committee will select its top candidates and submit the names to the Executive Board for final selection.
- Family members of MUS volunteers or board members are eligible.
