Applicant Requirements:

1. Must be a graduating high school senior
2. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
3. Must have played or participated a minimum of 4 years for Millard United Sports in any of the following sports (One year includes spring and fall season, it does not count as two):
   • Recreational Baseball or Softball (Classic/In-House)
   • Select Baseball or Softball
   • Football (Flag/Tackle)
   • Cheerleading
   • Other MUS Affiliation (Officiating, Concessions, Facilities)
4. Must be applying/accepted to an accredited 2 or 4 year institution
